Casa della Luce: art, technology and design

On the occasion of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2015, seven companies – Catellani & Smith, Adele-C, Eclettis, Fiori di Latta, Italiana Cucine, Plinio il Giovane and Purho – found a new way to present themselves by Cooperating to experiment a new housing project in via Ventura 5, Milano.
In a stylish location, where light dominates and the contrast between indoor and outdoor spaces has been cancelled in a rarefied harmony, these companies cooperated to create a concept of a house conceived as living-space.
There is no time or fashion. There is no room for banality or extravagance. Every piece of furniture has been designed and manufactured with great care for its detail.

These brands share the research for a perfect harmony, that they are able to reach through a careful research for materials, an artisan workmanship, the use of technology and the respect for the environment, that is synthetized in forms that can design a vision, as if the lines were able to anticipate emotions.
On the two floors of the ideal apartment ideal in via Ventura # 5, people could breathe the scent of infinity and enjoy a refined taste, a concept that can be summed up in three words: Made in Italy.
